Challenge
In both surveys and ad hoc requests, the public had requested additional ways for the city to communicate news and what is happening in the city.
Solution
Spinnaker revamped the Clearwater website and helped city staff use social media in conjunction with the website to increase citizen engagement.
Result
The city now does features city news and events prominently on the website and maintains an active presence on Facebook and Twitter. News and events are automatically posted to both Facebook and Twitter when they are published on the site. The city also creates special content though their social media presence to engage citizens and visitors.
