Task-driven Design and Organization

One very important aspect of website usability is the fact that people are visiting your website to do something. They are not just visiting because they are bored and did not have anything else to do.

As much as possible we try to help you think like the people you are trying to serve. They are most likely looking for a specific piece of information like a phone number, address or meeting agenda. They may also be visiting to pay a bill, report a pot hole or view available commercial properties.

In addition to helping you develop high quality content they are likely to be looking for, we make it easy for them to find. We typically recommend having an "I Want To" section with simple drop downs and pop-outs to quickly scan what is available.
