Our Methodology
Over the years, Spinnaker has streamlined how it designs and develops websites. Each project we undertake is unique, and presents its distinct challenges, but an underlying process prevails. This has served us (and our clients) well.
PHASE I—Plan, Plan, Plan We discuss and help you develop your objectives for the project - What is the goal of the project? What are the measurable elements to determine its success? During this step, we establish a line of communication between key individuals within your organization and our firm, determine budgets, and formulate a strategy based on your project requirements. One of the tools we use to start this process is our Project Profiler.
PHASE II-Content Development and Design This phase of the process includes developing the Information Architecture, planning and developing the content, and developing the design concepts.
PHASE III—Production and Implementation After you approve a prototype for your project, we create the graphical and technical elements for it. During this implementation stage, the progress of your project is documented via regular exchanges between project leaders, in person or via our secure extranet.
PHASE IV—Launch, Maintain and Evaluate Our firm's involvement in your project does not end once the project is released. We monitor its performance, providing maintenance when required, as well as counsel towards future improvements.
